GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

We currently ship web orders to the EU from Canada. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days upon receipt of order. Tracking is provided for all orders and is sent when the order is shipped.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all shipping information and address is correct. Orders with incorrect/incomplete shipping information, once shipped, cannot be corrected and any loss due to incorrect shipping information is not the responsibility of Binu Binu. Orders that are returned to sender due to incorrect/incomplete shipping info provided by the customer are subject to a $5 return fee and the applicable shipping fee to send the package a second time.

Additional customs/duties/VAT may be charged depending on each destination country's rates, which are the responsibility of the customer and not of Binu Binu.
